My class is made up of 24 students. There are 10 girls and 14 boys. My students come to school every day expecting a warm safe learning environment. Most of my students eat breakfast and lunch at school. They are a fun, caring, and smart bunch of kids who are eager to learn. My classroom is a flexible seating classroom where students don't sit in desks they sit on crates, bungee chairs, stools, and lawn chairs. My students only get about 20-25 minutes of recess each day. We do Daily 5, small groups, and Intervention time to keep the kids from sitting in one place for too long.
