Students will be able to move while sitting in their chairs and learning. Students are often able to move during activities and Brain Breaks, but this added movement will allow for my most fidgety students to get the movement they crave while still paying attention to my instruction. Lots of studies have been conducted and have proven how student learning increases when they get enough physical activity. I want to make sure that that is the case within my classroom. Young learners, especially, are fidgety. They need and crave constant movement. The Bouncy bands are the perfect solution to that problem.
