My students love using technology but sometimes they become too dependent on their tablets and computers for always giving them answers. With Power Pens, students need to rely on themselves to try a problem and using Power Pens to check their answers! These Power Pens (similar to Hot Dots or Leap Frog pens) and the various card sets will be used for centers, making it for easy teacher prep and consistency for students. They won't need to constantly ask questions about how to use them. They will help solidify skills needed for second grade as well as build great test taking strategies.
