Students always need more opportunities to learn team building, critical thinking, and problem solving skills. Often times these activities require additional supplies in order to make them successful. Breakout Edu is an immersive learning game platform that will provide me with a kit and a plethora of resources and ideas to create different "escape rooms" in my class. Breakout Edu will give my students a highly engaging experience and time to practice those skills! My classroom is a place where students spend most of their day immersed in reading, writing, and math curriculum. They work really hard all day long so, having Breakout Edu as an alternative way to teach these skills will be a great way to "shake things up" for my students.
