The sensory bins and sensory items with help my students grow their fine motor skills and this will allow them to be able to grip much better. The quicker they are able to hold a pencil the correct way the more excited they will be about writing in general and more importantly writing their beautiful little names. The bright alphabet carpet will help the students be able to have a better visual of the alphabet and help with classroom management. They will each have their own letter to sit on. Alphabet centers will allow them to have hands-on opportunities to learn the letter names and letter sounds in many different ways.
