The biggest ticket item for my classroom is a comfy couch for my library area. I want my students to have a nice place to sit and read or listen to a book. This gives the students an option to sit on furniture instead of being on the floor. The other materials will help aid my students learning during center time. I have many pattern blocks in my math center, but adding some design cards will make using the blocks more interesting. The "Write the Letter" activity center would really help enforce writing letters in the writing center. I will also be using the reusable write and wipe pockets in the writing center. I can put paper into the pocket and the students can practice writing over and over again without wasting paper. All these materials will enhance my classroom!
