Children learn the world around them through observation and experimentation. By donating the activity lab materials, you will give my students the opportunity to engage in centers and hands-on activity labs that would lead them through exciting, skill-building experiences. Young children naturally ask questions to better understand their world, even better if they can answer those question through exploration and discovery. Using the magnetic set, students will construct, use and present arguments to support a claim that when kinetic energy of an object changes, that energy is transferred to or from that object. Using the force and motion set students will explore the law of gravity by using the objects to discover the relationship between force and motion.
