Students will be exposed to the art of picking a classroom medal winner for their favorite nonfiction book! We will be exploring the process that committees go through to select and identify award winning titles. Students will then apply their knowledge and work together to identify our classroom nonfiction award winning book! Students will take turns reading the nonfiction books identified in this project and pick their favorite! We will then write reviews and work at defending and persuading each other to narrow our classroom favorite! Once our favorite has been identified we will deem it the winner for our classroom award!

About my class
