I want to focus on students' motivation and learning before test taking. Our school needs to spend a lot of money for testing materials to help the school to survive. Thus, we do not have a lot of budget for hands-on materials for children. I believe that having more hands-on resources will help my students understand Math and Science concepts better and they will have more fun learning them. The materials and supplies that I am requesting for my students will first be used to help them demonstrate their understanding of measurement, fraction, and money and to help students complete their science projects at the same time. I also hope to help to expand their learning campus-wide by letting them do the showcase or projects in the school hallway. Finally, they will extend their knowledge and apply it to the community level by participating in the kid's farmers market in the beginning of May.
