iPads in the classroom will provide opportunities for students to be able to work and excel at their own level and pace. Students have IQ’s from 130-150. They need to be able to access material on their learning level. Students are able to use apps and games to make learning more personalized to fit the students. One unit that the students enjoy doing is “Exploratory Research Project”. The students research a topic, create a presentation and then teach the class. The iPads would allow students to give effective presentations. Students would also be able to do literature study, access science journals and newspapers.
