My students can learn to build their independence by keeping their personal information safe with this shredder. We teach about private information and we encourage the students to shred any papers containing their information. They love the feeling of independence with a job they can complete on their own! Shredding is also an age appropriate calming technique in my room. When my students become upset or stressed, we like to teach appropriate ways to de-stress and shredding helps them focus and relax on one task at hand! Thank you for donating!
