As our classroom continues to embrace the personalized learning model, it is becoming more and more important that my students have the resources they need to use the technology available to them. Recently, we have started using videos to create math tutorials, reflect on our reading, and respond thoughtfully to questions. These headphones will allow students to create quality videos independently and without disturbing their peers. Students will be pushed to higher-level thinking by demonstrating their learning through videos. Part of personalized learning is the idea that students take ownership of their learning and work collaboratively to share ideas. Students will get to learn and practice how to give feedback to each other and present their ideas thoughtfully.
