The use of the toddler glockenspiels will will not only help my younger students identify colors, but to create music through the colors. Students will collaborate by creating patterns and then playing them on the glockenspiels. This will absolutely be helpful for my bilingual classes, as they explore the English language. The book, M is for Melody, will also act as a guide as students explore the world of music. The white boards, markers, and erasers will work well for my older students as they create rhythmic and melodic patterns as well as practicing their music notation skills. Students will then be able to apply their compositions to instruments, such as the glockenspiels and the floor piano keyboard. Your contribution to my classroom will give students an opportunity to be creative and have hands-on activities all while having fun! My goal for my classroom is to go above and beyond for each and every one of my students. They are truly special and deserve the opportunity to be musicians!
