When I think about my students, two words come to mind, unity and diligence. My students range from different grade levels, variety of backgrounds, to even a wide array of learning styles, but they all come together to create beautiful work and build wonderful relationships. Not only do students learn about tools, terminology, and the history of Ceramics, but they learn how to be creative, they express themselves through art, they understand how important time management is through meeting deadlines, and they work diligently. Our educational organization has undergone a massive reconstruction, giving me the chance to design a better learning and working environment for my students. The classroom is finally complete, but better supplies is needed to further my students education. The number of classes have increased in the past 5 years and it's difficult to acquire more money after the reconstruction. @rhhs_ceramics
