I have a classroom of filled with 20 bright faces! When I look at my students I see unlimited possibilities. Although I am a first year teacher, and despite beginning mid-year I have done my best to implement flexible seating as much as possible. So far we have a few scoop rockers, lap desks, balance disks. Flexible seating allows my students to thrive, and give them a sense of responsibility of their own learning by making smart choices and giving them the choice to decide which space in the room works best for them. I wish to continue implementing this into our classroom, and see only how much more my students thrive in a comfortable and inviting environment that best suits their needs. :)
