They need well balanced sticks and gloves to practice with so that they are able to familiarize themselves with the tools of their sport. They need balls and nets for play of game and practice. These are essentials. When athletes have their own stick and gloves it becomes an extension of them. Items such as tape and repair kits help maintain the tools they are trained to use. Training items such as cones and ladders will improve their athleticism. And water bottles help with needed breaks. The list goes on, but with help we can use the resources the elevate the team's performance by developing an ethic of hard work, dedication and know-how. I would to be able to get what is on this list and then create another for all that has been mentioned in this materials list.
