The products that I have selected will help my students by giving them additional options when learning how to code. Coding and applying coding gives students real, and authentic connections to what they are learning. There are many Physics and math lessons I plan to use with the Parrot Mambo drone. In addition, there are geography and literacy lessons tied to the Ozobots. Both of these items are contemporary technologies not normally used in the traditional classroom curriculum. We have students with a variety of interests so the Parrot Mambo drone and the Ozobot reach all levels and interests of learners. Because both of these contemporary technologies requires new hardware, the newest edition of the iPad is needed. There are lessons in Physics, math, and art with with uses. Our students will apply their knowledge of math and art to code the new technologies.
