"My laptop just died." This is a common occurrence where laptops are old and unable to meet the needs of a classroom. Although born in the "technology era" my students have almost no access to technology. Our classrooms aren't set up to meet the needs of the students. The iPads will help to bridge the gap a little. The iPads will be used for researching STEM projects, for small group rotations, as well as creating their own movies (using the iMovie app). Our school's focus is on the Media Arts and what could be better than being able to create their own movies!
