Building character and instilling discipline help develop our cadets into solid citizens who will lead law enforcement into the future. Having a uniform helps instill a sense of pride and develops a strong commitment to the program. As law enforcement officers, a professional looking uniform is an important part of your command presence. Being able to provide our students with uniforms will help them understand the responsibility and the pride of being a member of the Criminal Justice Academy. Wearing a uniform makes the cadets feel a special connection to the program and each other. It helps develop a strong unit identity and a solid team environment.

About my class
