My students need their own copies of the books we will be reading this year. “Charlotte’s Web” and “Because of Winn-Dixie” are just two of the books we will be reading, but getting copies of these two books will make a huge difference for my students. They will be assigned these books just like they would any textbook and will be expected to take care of the books assigned to them. This will give them the opportunity to have a book at home to reread and study for tests. Their parents can also take an active part in the education process, as they will be able to listen to their children read and ask questions to help with comprehension.
