A common need my students share is to MOVE! Having flexible furniture options accommodates this need appropriately in class. Our current classroom setup is very traditional with tables and chairs. Students are using the top of filing cabinets, counters and the floor to meet their sensory needs. This furniture allows students to meet their sensory needs without disturbing the surrounding learners. The standing desk provides a defined work space that unobtrusively allows students to engage their full body while studying. The Wobble stools and padded stools both utilize core muscles and allow for quiet movement that stimulates focus and performance.
