Technical challenges such as lack of available hardware and up-to-date software in the classroom limits the ability to integrate digital learning objects in the classroom and support our special needs students learning. Having at least one working computer will provide a platform to deliver content in an interactive way and provide experiences to assist our students learning in a more meaningful and fun way . This is also a means of reducing behavioral challenges that many of our students face when content materials are too challenging. Having a working computer is intended to give students who have little to no access outside of the classroom the right amount of support to short self-contained vedios to boost their engagement and motivation to learn.
