Some kids just gotta keep moving! Active seating allows my students the opportunity to move and adjust themselves in a non-disruptive way. The Gaiam Kids Stay-N-Play Children's Inflatable Balance Ball Desk Chair With Stability Legs WILL be utilized to during our small group activities. This is one of our most important parts of the day because I am working with the students for small group learning for any skills they may struggle with. S. As students moves during active sitting, the heart pumps a bit faster. With more oxygen, brain function increases, allowing for improved focus and better knowledge retention. Keeping a child’s attention on their school work can be difficult for any parent or teacher, Doing so when that child has autism, ADHD or some other learning disability can be even more challenging.
