With STEM / STEAM activities at the forefront of education, I want to immerse my first-graders in the coding process. We already have a Fisher Price "Codapillar" and robot mouse, and the children really enjoy learning with these resources. I intend to take their learning to the next level with the technology I want to place in my classroom. My students immediately become engaged in any activity that involves technology, so having them learn about coding is a natural next step for them. They already possess the motivation and imagination to make this step. I feel that having these technological tools at my students' disposal will enrich their learning tremendously.

About my class
