Due to Hurricane Harvey, my students were behind with the curriculum. They worked hard to catch up to ensure they learned the material. Many parts of the school still have mold so we are not able to fund Chromebooks for the classroom. Students will be able to incorporate STEM into the classroom by having Chromebooks that are readily available to them. In my classroom, I try to teach students in a way that all learning styles are reached. I have some students who are great on the computer and would succeed at web quest but that student has to fall short because we do not have Chromebooks to incorporate into the lesson. As a teacher, it is my job to meet my students where they are at and to build them up from there.
