We've known for a while that one-size-fits-all instruction doesn't work in the classroom, I want to tailor the learning experience in my class to each student. They deserve a dynamic classroom environment and a dynamic learning experience. Personalized learning combines traditional teaching & learning with technology-enhanced instruction and student collaboration to tap into each student’s learning style and interests for deeper learning. It better enables them to hone their critical thinking & problem solving skills while they also learn important self-management strategies. With flexible seating, the students decide which seating types (tables/chairs, sofas, desks, etc.) work best for them. By redesigning the classroom, I'm hoping to motivate & inspire lifelong learning.
