My students are learning more about quantity and number relationships. I chose the ETA Daily Math Fluency Kit with Number Strings because my students need more hands on materials to develop their understanding of number paths. The Number Strings will help my students to see the relationships each number has to the numbers around it. Students will gain flexibility in their thinking about numbers when they use the rekenrek and number paths. This kit also contains materials that will help my students to visualize their problem solving and be flexible in their problem solving. The number paths will help my students to see known quantities within larger numbers.
