My students need games and activities that focus on the multiplication, division, and fractions, as well as, math manipulatives to explore concepts within their centers. My students need these tablets to to help develop word processing skills, work in whole-group, partners, and independently. The students really enjoy technology and I know this will be a huge benefit to them. My classroom is setup for 21st century learning. Technology is a wonderful way to ensure that my students meet the goals and challenges of fifth grade. While they are in my class students are expected to reach Accelerated Reader and Moby Max goals for Reading and Math instruction. Having these devices available will increase their level of success.
