Our school is located across the street from the mighty Mississippi in Minneapolis, Minnesota. My students (which include Kindergarten through grade 5) have access to a community garden, an apple orchard, an active greenhouse, and plenty of space for running in the spring and snowshoeing in the winter. Programs serving children with a wide variety of disabilities coexist with regular education classes.
