My classroom has a wide variety of reading levels. We have been working really hard on starting to read, yet some are still struggling with letter recognition. With the simple words learning center, students can start beginning to make sounds for words and match up letters to words. The Reading Skills Activity Center makes it easy to explore the 5 major components of reading. The flip and solve math boards will allow students to visualize and solve math problems by developing skills in one to one correspondence. The counting cars center will allow students to use their counting skills while the center is self correcting. All of these centers will benefit my students in engagement and help become better readers and learners.
