Flexible seating gives students the option to move while they are working while staying focused. The stability balls not only let students wiggle and work, they also promote good posture and help strengthen core muscles. Floor seating gives students the ability to be comfortable while working on the floor and a lowered table. Both alternative seating options give students the freedom to wiggle and move while completing work, without disrupting class. This is a win-win for both the students and the teacher. By adding flexible seating, students will not only be comfortable with their peers, but comfortable in their seats while they learn.
