The Chromebooks I am requesting would enable each student to have a powerful learning tool that can help them get differentiated instruction at their level. There are a variety of educational websites such as Discovery Ed, Quizzizz, Brainpop, Education Galaxy and Think Through Math which can be structured to the student's level and interest. Students will be able to write papers, create diagrams, tables and graphs, and make movies that can be shared online with each other and myself for guidance and grading. By donating to our project, you will not only help to improve student engagement and focus, you will ultimately help to increase their academic achievement. They will learn to use technological tools that will prepare them for the job market, perhaps even for careers that do not yet exist. They will learn to find and use authentic information to create their own projects. They will have the ability to work and thrive at their individual instructional level. They will have a tool that engages and excites them about learning.
