The above-listed items will improve classroom and math workshop flow. This donation will benefit my current students and all of the future young minds that will come through my room. As a new teacher, I am in the process of purchasing items to help but I need more funds. My students are economically disadvantaged and their parents would love to help if they could, but after Hurricane Harvey most are still rebuilding, including my own home repairs. The markers I had are all drying up, I only have 3 clipboards in total, I have to purchase my own tape refills, and the students have broken 3 pencil sharpeners of lesser quality. These are basic needs that I need to be fulfilled before I address other classroom needs.
