Being in a Title one school has a lot of challenges, one of those being limited resources, that should give students access to becoming 21st century learners. The computers we now have are shared between three third grade classes and often times classes take turns using the laptops. These two lenovo laptops will contribute to the smooth flow of center rotation as they will complete the technology center, offering students the tools to be successful as students and productive citizens in society. Technology! Knowledge for the 21st Century is geared towards giving our students a fair chance and some of the same opportunities available to their financially advantaged peers. The objective is that they will utilize the technology to inspire creativity, and encouragement to enter STEM fields preparing them to compete for 21st century jobs in this globally changing world.
