My classroom is like my second home and I want my students to feel the same about our room. An important part of any home is comfortable, inviting furniture. I do my best work when I am in a comfortable environment and want my students to have the same opportunity. My students spend so much time in the classroom that they deserve to be comfortable while learning. Some behaviors start as a result of needing to move or not having the proper equipment. Providing my students with tractor seats that swivel and move, stools that wobble, ball chairs that require balance, and wobble cushions that provide the needed input will allow my students to move while still participating in the lesson and therefore, grow their minds.
