My students will be using the Kindle Fire Tablets to enhance the work we are doing. We currently have 6 Tablets in our classroom, that we use very carefully as they do not have covers, so we asked for covers for the existing tablets and an additional 3 tablets. One of the things we love to do is earn time to play Prodigy, an online math game. Working towards a goal helps us all. We all learn at a different rate and I am not leaving anyone behind! The tablets let me assign individual assignments to students who may have struggled, without embarrassing them. Everyone can log into their MobyMax account or their Prodigy accounts and work on assignments that fit their individual need. They work on what will help them to be successful and I can monitor progress at 25+ different levels. Every child should have access to technology in school. My kids will always have technology in their lives, and I search for the best options for them to be successful and learn independently at their level, and if we can have fun while doing it, then that makes it even better.
