Being a part of the Running Club will enrich their experience. It is our goal that we will create a supportive and encouraging team of runners that will represent our school. The team practices from March to race day. The season ends when they participate in a 5K race with other schools in our district. Not only will they achieve a personal goal, but also reach our community goal in supporting the Brad Schoener Music Foundation. A portion of the money raised will go towards the purchase of musical instruments for students in our school district. We hope that this experience will give the runners confidence and self worth that will carry over into the classroom.

About my class
