New tables will bring some much needed updating into our classroom. Our current classroom tables are too tall, old, and bulky for our small classroom layout. Tables designed with the Pre-K student in mind will bring much needed space back into our classroom and allow us to spread out more during centers and independent work stations. Allowing students to sit at tables designed with them in mind will help them to gain important core strength as they will now be able to sit with proper posture. Their improved posture will help them make great gains in their fine motor skills. The ability to reach the table while they are working will allow for much neater work. I know that having new tables for my students will greatly help them in their day to day activities in our classroom.
