My students love to read! Our classroom has tile flooring, making it uncomfortable for the students to read on the floor. The only spot my students can sit to read is their desks, which aren't very comfortable for long periods of time. They love sitting on the floor, reading a good book! Sitting on the floor is one of my students' favorite places to sit. They sit on the floor to read, to write, and to work together in groups. It is a big part of what makes learning enjoyable and fun to them. Please help my students read more, work harder, and enjoy learning!
