I teach English as a Second Language (ESL) and Social Studies for grades 6-8. My classroom needs a Bluetooth speaker. The JBL Flip Bluetooth speaker will allow students to be able to hear important content and language during ESL and Social Studies instruction. The speaker will support students' listening and speaking domains of language development. Students will be able to hear stories read aloud which supports their listening comprehension. This also has a positive impact on building background knowledge and academic vocabulary. These speakers will help me to differentiate for the varying English Language Development (ELD) levels.
