These materials will help my students gain a strong reading foundation. Many students at my school struggle with phonics and basic reading skills. These books will help many students work through their reading challenges to become strong readers. They will also give my students the ability to use hands on materials to help with learning difficulties. Creating hands on learning experiences will create long term memory of the topic. Reading needs to have a concrete foundation. By using the hands on materials, students will gain that concrete foundation. The books will help strengthen the skills needed to provide that foundation.
