Juggling Scarves and Speed Stacks will introduce my students to new activities all while improving their academic achievements. Juggling scarves increase focus and concentration, all while maintaining a physically fit routine. Students will be constantly moving and adjusting their approach. By focusing on juggling strategies, they are continually developing their problem-solving abilities. Increasing their focus and concentration in P.E. will help them in their general education classroom. Speed Stacks will improve their self-esteem, as all ability levels can participate and be very successful. Students will be able to challenge each other and themselves. My goal is to improve the overall student, through health and academics. Juggling scarves and Speed Stacks help each student attain this objective.
