Volleyball is a terrific co-ed activity for a lifetime. Students can learn the basic skills that will open opportunities to help keep students active while working on cooperative teamwork skills. Volleyball can be a path to motivate students academically and physically. Working together as a team assists students in reaching a common goal. It also allows for students to discover an activity that they can play for a lifetime. Volleyball can enable students to strive to work towards a special high school that will offer a solid program. Such programs may also be an opportunity for students to attend college and play at the collegiate level.
