I have found over the years that students come to school without the items needed to be successful academically, namely a pencil. This project aims to ensure that each of my students has a pencil every day. I would like to have pencils available for students to begin class each day. Pencils and markers will help to ensure that the students will be able to complete work in a timely manner. Having pencil sharpeners at each table will ensure students can keep working without having to get up and disturb others with an electric sharpener. Therefore, I have decided to reach out to donors like yourself to help with this.
