I have twenty five 5th graders this year who are eager to learn, yet also play hard any chance they get. They enjoy our new GaGa Pit on the playground, and have gotten plenty of practice with sportsmanship through frequent games of GaGa Ball--the latest craze at Mira Monte School. My students are kind to their peers, especially those students who don't have many friends due to struggles with appropriate social behavior. They are patient and kind with these students in particular. I would love to be able to surprise them with a comfortable seat cushion to reward their kindness and hard work this year. Thank you for this opportunity! :)

About my class
