These materials will allow my students with learning disabilities to access the curriculum. My students are in constant motion and often struggle to stay seated to work on assignments or collaborate in groups. By proving flexiable seating that allows for movement, my students will have more opportunities to access the curriculum and collaborate in groups. When students come to my Resource class, I am there to individualize their instruction. I feel like this goes further than simply changing how the. Intent is delivered. I believe that individualizing the instruction also has to do with the environment in which the student is learning. Not all students can sit still in a traditional desk all day. I think my students deserve flexiable seating to allow for their success.
