The students who participate in this class are learning to lead and in-turn have been asked to take on a larger role within the building. To date, our students have designed a float and participated in the Homecoming Parade, sit on the School Community Council which partners with the students to help with events, organized and directed the Veteran's Assembly, and helped with Parent/Teacher Conferences. There are a number of events and such on the docket for winter and spring, so we need these requested Nike Men's Therma Training Hoodies. Our budget allowed for us purchase short sleeve shirts, but not heavy sweatshirts. A royal blue sweatshirt without any names will work perfectly. Having sweatshirts to wear in and out of school promotes the program, creates a sense of community, and allows the students to be proud of their accomplishments.
