"Mrs. Poole, can we please do more math centers?" This is a question I have been asked many times this year! It both warms my heart and discourages me at the same time. I am thrilled that my students are so engaged in the math centers I have created. They enjoy any activity outside of an everyday worksheet from our math series. However, my centers do not run smoothly because I simply do not have enough supplies or the right supplies to accommodate my group of diverse learners. I am hoping to create more engaging centers to work on those everyday tasks, such as counting money and telling time. All of my students will benefit from the fact fluency materials because this is an area our math series doesn't focus on as much as needed. I want to tell my kids, "Yes, we can do math centers everyday!"
