Whether learning at school or at home, it is important for each of my students to have access to the basic learning supplies. Distance learning during a pandemic offers up challenges, and I want to make sure each of my students have what they need in order to be successful during this time. Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, my students will continue to participate in distance learning this fall. I want to provide all of my students with a learning environment at home that is equipped with the basic learning supplies like notebooks, paper, highlighters, post-it notes, pens, pencils, ear buds or head phones, folders, binders and lap top lap desks) to ensure that they are given every opportunity to succeed! These basic supplies are essential for my students that have various learning styles. Many of my students need to be able to physically hold a pencil in their hands and take notes, and highlight portions of printed text. The lap top lap desks will provide a comfortable work space for my students. Having these items will also help my students reach their potential with the curriculum. Funding this project will ensure that each of my students have their own necessary supplies and materials to begin the school year, and participate and engage virtually. By having access to the basic school supplies, my students are more likely to feel confident, productive, and prepared to put in their best effort. The supplies will be packaged and delivered to each of my students. Help me give them the basic supplies they need for at-home to support and inspire their virtual learning experience.
