My students need this requested Best-Buy Listening Center! Helping our classroom with this player will allow students to listen to stories being read to them during literacy centers while they closely follow along with the words on the pages. As research-based best practices suggest, following along to stories read-aloud greatly improves students' reading. These components are crucial to engaging students in the adventures of texts. However, the experience of reading independently and getting lost in a great book is truly invaluable! My students need a listening center to improve literacy skills and encourage a love of reading that can last a lifetime. Using a listening center will let my students experience reading in a new way that will encourage learning daily! Using a listening center will encompass all areas of learning as there are endless ways to enhance their learning experiences.
